AquaTower Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You have 60 days from the date of your order to try our product and see the benefits for yourself. We hope you’ll love it, just like many customers do.

However, you can quickly get your money back if you’re unsatisfied. Before requesting a refund, please ensure you’ve tried the product somewhat.

If you decide you want a refund, here’s how to do it:

  • Within the first 60 days after purchase, send us a short email at richard@theaquatower.com. Please use “Refund Request” in the subject line so we can prioritize your message.
  • Let us know if the product’s benefits didn’t fully convince you.
  • We’ll process your refund quickly and send you a confirmation email once it’s done. Depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund may take 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement.

If you ordered a physical copy of our book, we think you’ll love our “Get Your Money Back and Keep the Book” policy. You’ll receive a full refund (minus shipping and handling costs) — and you get to keep the book as a thank-you for trying our product. Alternatively, you can return the book to receive a full refund.

Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
